Jennie Smith is a Cooroy based artist who draws her inspiration from the world around her. Her love of nature is a strong influence in her vibrant, contemporary abstracts. 

A leaf is not just a leaf, but it is a collection of colours, shapes, lights & darks to make up a magical point of interest when viewed alone, but when seen as part of something greater takes on a whole different identity.

Exploring these interactions is what she tries to capture.  Her quirky view of cities & places of interest are captured on  canvases which are thought provoking & seem ever changing.
