Prudence Coburn is an Australian contemporary artist whose practice is influenced by her surroundings and explores the natural world.

Prudence has experience across multiple mediums and currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Sculpture after graduating from Melbourne University in 2018. She has had works displayed in multiple locations across Australia, such as the NGVs’ Ian Potter Gallery, and in various private collections in Australia and New Zealand.


In 2020 Prudence moved to the Sunshine Coast from the Surf Coast in Victoria. The environmental change has had a big impact on her style as her focus shifted from landscapes and flora to exploring her interest in marine animals and seascapes. Prudence is constantly seeking new inspirations and implementing them into her practice.
