Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When you receive your order it is important to give the outside of the packaging a thorough inspection and take a photo if there is noticeable damage (very rare but important to document) before signing the delivery docket and opening, and contact me immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Please choose your artwork carefully as we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we do not offer any refund due to change of heart.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Where an item is found to be faulty within the first 48 hours after delivery or is already damaged on delivery, and the customer notifies us at info@studioonenoosa.com.au of that fault within the first 48 hours after delivery, we will either

Replace or repair the damaged at our discretion; or

If we are unable to provide a new replacement, we have the option to offer a full or partial refund depending on the amount of damage to the product.

Where a new replacement is available, and the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the initial & return delivery cost if any.
If your item arrives with clear and noticeable damage to its packaging please take photographic evidence and bring to attention of delivery driver/provider. Where goods are already damaged on delivery, we require photographic evidence of the damage to be emailed to info@studioonenoosa.com.au before authorising return of the goods. Where goods are already damaged on delivery, the customer should indicate this to the delivery driver when signing the proof of delivery and ensure it is noted on the proof of delivery.
We reserve sole discretion to determine whether the goods are faulty or damaged in accordance with this policy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
