Shipping policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email directly from Studio One Noosa, to the email address you have specified on your account. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours of ordering.
All orders are fine art printing on demand and will be printed and processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This will depend on options selected as frames can take up to 6 weeks in manufacturing, we will advise you of any delays as they occur.
Studio One Noosa will always ship your art via your sale selected Courier which can take up to fourteen (14) days depending on when the order was placed.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number to track your order. All orders will be require to be signed on delivery. If you are not home, pick up will be from the nearest courier depot/pick up point. All courier details/tracking numbers will be emailed to the email you supply or via text message. When you receive your artwork order it is important to give the outside of the packaging a thorough inspection and take a photo if there is noticeable damage (very rare but important to document) before signing the delivery docket and opening, and contact us immediately.
Studio One Noosa does not offer insurance, but can be arranged on request to cover any damages or lost products.
