 "High Desert" is an abstract portrayal of a high desert landscape transitioning from the slumber of winter to the vibrancy of spring. The canvas is a riot of colour, suggesting the wild, untameable essence of nature as it awakens.

 The deep blues on the right side of the canvas evoke the cool, crisp air of dawn in the desert, the time when the night's shadow still lingers. As the eye travels across the canvas, these cool tones give way to warm yellows, oranges, and greens, reminiscent of the first rays of sunlight piercing the horizon, bringing warmth and stirring the desert to life.

 Speckles and splashes of yellow and purple imitate the wildflowers that blanket the desert in spring, a sudden burst of life that defies the arid, harsh conditions. This artwork is available now and is ready to hang. It will leave my studio within 3 business days.  If you have ordered a Frame allow an additional 3 weeks for delivery. The greatest of care is taken with all my artwork and it will be carefully wrapped and packaged for delivery within Australia.
