Hello Noosa Nice to Meet You #7

When I moved to Noosa I was struck by the lushness of the foliage, such a change from Canberra’s dry bushland. The Hello Noosa, Nice to Meet You series began with simple sketches of some huge leaves in my new backyard. As I play with interpreting the fresh new landscape, I am also trying out new mark-making materials and collage. I will continue to explore the landscape in this area immersing myself in nature, there is more bold colour to come in my work.
